To provide an environment where every conference room matches so that the video side of the table looks exactly like the in-person side of the table, we provide a highly unified and integrated video conferencing system. We tell you what the rooms will look like and along with the VirtuaLive™ technology components and services, we provide the matching furnishings to finish the rooms. All you need to do is determine the physical locations. These conference room systems directly compare to the "solutions in a box" from vendors like Cisco, HP and Polycom but with better technology and more flexibility in terms of number of displays. |

HD Modular |
Either installed on stands or built into a wall, VirtuaLive™ HD Modular provides an easy to install video conferencing solution that does not require significant changes to existing conference rooms and therefore retains the character of the existing look and feel of a company's meeting environment while removing the costs, time and hassle of building new facilities. The standard conference room system consists of three displays plus presentation and integrated audio conferencing that can support up to 4 simultaneous locations. Where more locations or participants are the norm, additional display modules can be added to the system. |

Given the cost of real estate, to ensure that a conference room can be used flexibly for telepresence and non-video based meetings, the Teliris VirtuaLive™ Retrax system allows VirtuaLive™ displays to be visible only when they are in use. |

Because of local telecommunications cost issues, Teliris offers all of its product in SD format that supports the flexibility to implement VirtuaLive™ systems anywhere in the world to minimize the telecommunications needs in places where the costs may be high or where reliability may not support true HD |
3. SELECT MAXIMUM USAGE
| Locations |
We do not limit you to a specified number of simultaneous locations. With the VirtuaLive™ product suite, we can expand the number of display modules to include the maximum number of simultaneous locations that you require. This means that each location is available in the same life-size images. Our competitors can only do four simultaneous locations with a limited number of people (as few as two) at each or they shrink the size of the additional locations so that they are not longer life-size or life-like. We deliver more than four simultaneous locations with our VirtualVectoring and VirtualDimensioning capabilities that ensure the maximum level of eye contact between all video conference participants. |

We have often found that the maximum number of people in each location may be greater than 6 and may not be the same in each location. We work with you to add or subtract display modules to support the expected usage of each conference room system. |
