VirtuaLive™ Scheduling Portal
The VirtuaLive™ Scheduling Portal allows users to pre-schedule their meeting so that when they walk into the conference room, all of the right participant locations are pre-set.
Users can indicate
- specific conference rooms to be included and the number of participants in each conference room
- time of the meeting that is represented in local time for each location around the world
- specific participants who can automatically be notified by email and provided with Microsoft Outlook compatible schedule updates
- collaboration tools to be used during the meeting
- special start and end-of-meeting requests
- business unit or client codes for tracking usage
These entries are provided to the Teliris Video Network operating Centers so that they can preset and test all components of a meeting.
The VirtuaLive™ Scheduling Portal can be customized to use your logos, corporate names, and conference room names.
For companies that want to internally bill business units or externally bill customers for use, the VirtuaLive™ Scheduling Portal provides usage reports to support these charges.
