Training and Working Practices
Training
As part of every Teliris installation, we provide training to key users across the world both in-person and by utilizing our remote training modules and personnel depending on the number of locations and personnel to be trained.
Working Practices
We have learned that you probably schedule, start and end meetings differently than other companies. As a result, we work with you to determine the best working practices for your company. Because VirtuaLive™ rooms are often in high demand and meetings can be scheduled back-to-back, it is often important to establish how meetings are going to be started and stopped. For example, many of our customers utilize our automated meeting notification capability that provides a message on the displays as a warning that the meeting time is about to end so that the next meeting does not have to wait for the room. It also allows us to ensure that we are not resetting for the next meeting while a previous meeting continues. Customers often set rules as to who can extend a meeting and the related notification processes to be managed by Teliris' Video Network Operating Center (VNOC).
