Multi-Point Meetings
VirtuaLive™ systems were designed to support multipoint video conferencing from the outset. As a result:
- All locations are represented in life-size broadcast images with directional sound coming form the images.
- Eye contact between all participants replicates a real meeting environment
- The number of simultaneous locations is only limited by the size of the room and the number of displays. Teliris does not utilize a "Hollywood Squares" format for multiple locations. Each location is presented on their own display(s). This is a significant difference form other multi-point offerings where both the number of participants in each location and the number of locations is severely limited by the technology. Teliris believes that each multiple point video conferencing participant should be able to participate and be seen as participating in the same way that they would if they were in the room.
