Global Telecommunications
Teliris has installed VirtuaLive™ systems for customers across the world including India, China, Australia, Europe and the United States. As a result we have developed global procedures for:
- Repairing failed components according to contractually based Service Level Agreements
- Performing annual on-site health checks for all systems
While we have a 99%+ reliability record for delivering our global telecommunication services, we also know that technology and network components will fail. While we can often temporarily compensate for a failed component by remotely adjusting configurations, we also know that when we must show up, we need to be able to do it with replacement parts in a time frame that will ensure the least amount of disruption. We work with you to ensure that we have appropriate access to all facilities so that a repair can be made in the shortest time possible.
