TELIRIS NAMES STEVE GAGE TO POST OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

NEW YORK, September 23, 2003 - Teliris Ltd., the leading provider of Interactive Telepresence, a revolutionary technology that redefines videoconferencing, announced it has named Steve Gage, a company co-founder, to the post of chief operating officer, effective immediately. He reports to Marc Trachtenberg, another co-founder and vice chairman.

In his post, Gage is responsible for the day-to-day management of all Teliris’s North American operations, and for the oversight of all the company’s technical services. Gage is also the company’s senior sales executive, acting as the liaison with senior executives at client companies to assure complete customer satisfaction.

“Appointing a chief operating officer in a new company like ours is a response to our increasing volume,” said Trachtenberg. “Since the company was founded, Steve has been the engine behind our incredibly successful sales efforts. His technical expertise and his ability to implement our unique offerings are the primary reason for our growth, to date. In addition to his ability to sell our exclusive combination of sophisticated technologies to senior executives with no technical background, he is also invaluable in assuring our systems are installed quickly and to exact specifications.”

Gage studied mechanical engineering at Columbia University and graduated from Baruch College in New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration in information systems. He began his career in 1989 at NETlan, a large network integrator, as a senior sales representative. In 1993, he left to join Trachtenberg, one of Teliris’s founders, at his then-new company, Mycroft Inc., a network and directory-services provider. As managing director of Mycroft’s United Kingdom operations, he was responsible for the growth and profitability of this operating unit. When Teliris was established, he assumed both sales and project management responsibilities in the company’s startup phase. Gage and his family live in Long Island, New York.

Established in February 2001, Teliris Ltd. is a spinoff of the network and directory services leader Mycroft Inc. Headquartered in New York and London, Teliris, using its VirtuaLive™ meeting environment, simulates in-person meetings to an extent not achievable with traditional videoconferencing, while giving clients an extraordinary return on value. Among the many companies employing the VirtuaLive™ solution are British Petroleum, Lazard, the venture-capital firm 3i, Pearson plc and Vodafone.
