Neil Hobbs, Chairman
Neil Hobbs is the Chairman of Teliris and responsible for management of the Board of Directors and working with Jeff Tench, CEO to set the strategic direction of the company. Neil joined Teliris as CEO in December 2010. He brings over 25 years of senior management experience in the technology industry. Prior to Teliris, Neil served as the President & CEO for Atlantix Global Systems. In this role, Neil redirected the company strategy and business model resulting in a significant increase in revenue and EBITDA. Prior to Atlantix, Neil held a number of positions at Level 3 Communications where he guided the company to positive cash flow for the first time in its history. As Executive Vice President of Operations at Level 3, Neil was responsible for $4.2B revenue, $1B EBITDA and a $500M capital budget operating in 22 countries around the world. Previously, Neil led global sales, marketing and customer service operating in 65 countries for Concert, a joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom. Neil currently holds a position on the Board of Directors of Cologix, a leading provider of datacenter and network connectivity solutions.

Jeff Tench, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Tench is the CEO of Teliris and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and overall company operations. Jeff joined Teliris as Chief Marketing Officer in August, 2011. Jeff brings more than 18 years experience in the telecommunication and technology markets, most recently as President of Business Markets Group at Level 3 Communications. Prior to that, Jeff held a variety of positions at Level 3 in strategy, product management, and product development including Senior VP of products and marketing for Level 3 Europe. Jeff began his career at U S WEST Communications where he held a variety of sales and marketing positions.

Rob Ketterson
Rob received an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Rob currently serves on the Board of the New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA) for Volition Capital and formerly represented Fidelity Ventures on the Board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).

John Siegel
John is a Partner with Columbia Capital where he focuses on communication services investments. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, he was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Group, specializing in investments in the telecommunications and data services arena. He has held positions with Fidelity Ventures and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Envysion, GTS CE, MegaPath, MindSHIFT Technologies, New Global Telecom, Presidio, and Zayo Bandwidth. He is also actively involved in MetroPCS Communications and was previously involved with Mobile Satellite Ventures. John served on the board of ICG Communications prior to its sale to Level 3 Communications and represented Columbia Capital’s interests in Mpower Communications prior to its sale to TelePacific. He was also a board member of FDN Communications prior to its merger with NuVox Communications. John received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |

Rodney Rogers
Rodney Rogers has held various positions at worldwide consulting firm Capgemini (Paris CAC-40: CAP) inclusive of chief strategist for North America and Managing Director for Eastern U.S. operations following Capgemini’s acquisition of Kanbay International. Prior to Capgemini, Rodney was Chief Operating Officer for Kanbay (NASDQ: KBAY) and Chairman and CEO for Adjoined Consulting, both leading firms in the information technology and management consulting sector. Rodney began his career at Accenture, a global IT services, consulting and outsourcing firm where he specialized in business strategy and technology for the consumer products industry. Rodney is involved with a number of Miami-area charitable and civic organizations and also sits on the Board of Directors of a variety of related organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
