| Martyn Lewis, CBE, EU Chairman and Co-Founder |
Martyn is a co-founder and EU Chairman of Teliris, and has played a key role in the development of the company, its products and services. Previously, over three decades in TV journalism, he became one of the UK's best known and respected TV anchormen. He is also Founder and Chairman of YouthNet, an internet-based charity that provides help and information to half a million young people every month and has developed the UK's national volunteering database. Honouring YouthNet in 2007 with prestigious awards from Charity Times and Computing Magazine, the judges said the charity was "using technology to engage with people in new and innovative ways". Other charity involvement includes: President of United Response, helping people with learning disabilities, Vice-President of the UK's three main hospice charities, a Trustee of the Windsor Leadership Trust, developing the leaders of tomorrow, and of Edutrust, creating Academies of Excellence in Britain's inner cities. He is a regular judge for the Lord Mayor of London's Dragon Awards, honouring companies in the City of London for their work in helping the community. Martyn is also Chairman of NICE TV which provides high quality news programmes for major events and conferences. He was awarded a CBE in the Prime Minister's Honours list of 1997.

| Marc Trachtenberg, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder |
Marc is a co-founder and CEO of Teliris and is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company. He has over 22 years of experience in helping customers benefit from the deployment of leading-edge technologies in the areas of visual communications, collaboration, data infrastructure, and transport systems. Under his leadership, Teliris has acquired more paying customers, delivered superior operating performance, and grown its business faster than any of its competitors. As a result, Teliris has grown to be the leading innovative provider of telepresence solutions - with a fifth generation suite of solutions in a first generation industry. Marc is a recognized telepresence visionary and was instrumental in developing and launching the first virtual meeting solution more than nine years ago. Prior to Teliris, Marc was CEO of Mycroft, a leading technology consulting firm focusing on network security and infrastructure. Marc also served as the CTO for NETLAN, a large network integrator. Marc began his career directly after university, when he founded and served as President of the IDS Computer Center.

| Mack Treece, President |
Mack joined Teliris as President in August 2007 and is responsible for Global Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Mack has over 20 years of extensive experience in successfully scaling young companies into a dominant market position as evidenced by three previously successful start-up ventures at Equant, EuroTel and Bell Atlantic International Wireless. Most recently, he was responsible for the North and South American operations of Orange Business Services, a provider of advanced global IP and data services for multinational businesses. Prior to this role, Mack held several Executive positions in Orange Business Services (Equant) including Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations and Services, Senior Vice President of Partners and Channels, and CFO of Network Services. Mack was part of the team that took Equant public in 1998 in an IPO and was a catalyst in growing the business from $200m in revenue to over $3b in revenue by 2002. Early in his career, Mack held leadership roles with Bell Atlantic in both North America and Europe. Mack has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and a MBA from Widener University.

| Steve Gage, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder |
Steve is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Teliris currently leading Teliris' Research and Development organization with overall technical responsibility for Teliris' VirtuaLive product and services offerings. Steve's organization incorporates System Design, Software Systems, InfiNET Design, and Teliris Research Labs. The R&D organization is focused on product development activities as well as defining and building the future of telepresence. Steve formerly acted as Chief Operating Officer of Teliris and was responsible for the day-to-day management of all Teliris' operations in North America and Europe. He has been involved in the networking and data communications industries for more than 20 years. Steve began his career in 1989 at NETLAN, a large network integrator, as a senior sales representative. In 1993, he left to join Trachtenberg, one of Teliris' founders, at Mycroft Inc., a network security and infrastructure consulting firm. As Managing Director of Mycroft's United Kingdom operations, he was responsible for the growth and profitability of this operating unit. Steve studied mechanical engineering at Columbia University and graduated from Baruch College in New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems.

| Bob Johnson, Senior Vice President - Marketing & Product Management |
Bob joined Teliris in December 2007 as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management. Bob has over 20 years experience in marketing / product management, application development/integration, and broadband networking. Most recently, Bob was Director of Marketing & Product Management for Cisco's Remote Operations Services group where he was responsible for leading the development of Cisco Select Operate (Managed Services) for TelePresence. Prior to Cisco, Bob was Executive Director at SAIC-Telcordia Technologies responsible for marketing and product management of Broadband Service Assurance, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, and Field Mobility/Dispatch software applications. Prior to SAIC, Bob was Vice President Marketing & Product Management of Breakaway Solutions' Application Services division. Under his leadership, Breakaway Solutions was ranked as the industry's second largest Application Services Provider. Earlier in his career, Bob held a variety of sales, marketing, and product management leadership roles with Ernst & Young, Teleport Communications Group, and AT&T. He is also a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Bob holds a Masters in Telecommunications from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration & Management from Webster University, and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.

| Jim Kaufold, Senior Vice President - Global Sales |
Jim joined Teliris in October 2007 as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. He has overall leadership responsibility for developing Teliris' direct and indirect sales channels, including strategy, planning, management, and sales execution. Jim has over 19 years of sales leadership and general management experience - developing and leading global sales organizations to deliver corporate sales, revenue, and profit margin objectives. He has demonstrated success creating and executing sales strategies designed to increase market share and improve sales productivity via both direct and indirect sales channels in global, regional, and vertical markets. Prior to joining Teliris, Jim held several senior executive positions in Orange Business Services - Americas in which he was responsible for channel strategy, planning, sales operations, and the sales leadership of both Canada and the Global Large Account Program. He was also the sales vice president at Gateway Computers, where he led the direct and indirect sales channels for their education and business market segments. Jim spent the first 15 years of his career in telecommunications industry leading various sales organizations serving multi-national corporate clients for AT&T, Sprint, Infonet and KPNQwest.

| Ed Kazar, Chief Financial Officer |
Ed joined Teliris as Chief Financial Officer in September 2007 and is responsible for executive management and oversight of Teliris' financial operations and human resources. Ed has a successful history of managing financial operations in technology companies such as InfoHighway, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. His expertise in working capital improvements and M&A helped drive InfoHighway to a five-fold revenue growth, profitability and a successful liquidity event. Prior to InfoHighway, Ed served in senior financial management positions in AT&T and Lucent Technologies where he was instrumental in the successful IPO debut of both companies. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Seton Hall University.

| Jim Oldham, Vice President - North American Sales |
Jim joined Teliris in June 2006 where he is responsible for North American sales. Jim has held senior sales positions at companies ranging from Fortune 500 to aggressive start ups. Prior to Teliris, Jim was a Senior Solutions Partner at Forsythe Solutions Group, Inc., a provider of infrastructure solutions, where he successfully developed a new solutions selling model for the company. Prior to Forsythe Solutions, Jim undertook a series of engagements designed to help clients restructure their sales operations in order to identify and leverage new growth opportunities. These engagements included building sales organizations and key global customer relationships at Nextera Ent., eForce, and Covasoft. He led each organization to millions of dollars in revenue generation. Jim began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he earned steadily increasing levels of responsibility over the course of 13 years - culminating in the management of 100 people and $80 million in revenue while serving as Vice President/Account Manager of key accounts for the New Media Division.

| Tony Smith, Vice President - European Sales |
Tony has more than 16 years experience of creating and developing high performance sales teams in Europe for global technology companies. He joined Teliris in October 2007 to set up and lead a new distributed European sales business designed to promote the Teliris solution to a wider range of prospects in their local language. As European sales Vice President, he is responsible for all sales activity in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region including 'high touch' direct sales teams and the development of a limited number of highly focused channel relationships. Tony's previous sales leadership positions have involved the sale of complex high tech solutions and managed services in the areas of communications, visualization, collaboration and High Performance Computing. Prior to Teliris, Tony spent four years at Polycom Inc where he delivered significant growth by creating a new European sales organisation. Before Polycom, Tony spent almost six years leading sales teams for Silicon Graphics Inc (SGI) selling its portfolio of managed services and consulting. Earlier in his career, Tony held a variety of sales leadership roles with other technology and services companies including one of the UK's largest technology VARs (SCC) and Misys PLC.

| Jamie Thomson (1953-2008), Managing Director and Co-Founder Emeritus |
Jamie Thomson, 1953-2008, was a co-founder and managing director of Teliris, where he was responsible for the corporate finance and for the European operations of Teliris. He was instrumental in the establishment of Teliris from its beginnings. Prior to 1999, Jamie was a senior management and communications consultant, principally with Andersen Consulting. These included interactive satellite television communications, videoconferencing, and business integration methodologies. Jamie began his career as a professional stage and film actor in the UK and Hollywood, from which he moved into film and TV studio production.
